DeborahSue Posted October 24, 2016 Share Posted October 24, 2016 I'm on Day 8, and I've been invited to a work potluck on Halloween, which will be my Day 15. Help! I'm freaking out! I've been doing really well so far, but I'm just not sure that I'm up to that much temptation. I know that I can bring a Whole30 compliant dish, and a coworker is Paleo, so I will probably be able to eat what she brings. But the rest of the stuff is going to be waaaaaaaay off limits. Think queso and chips, cakes, and pizza. I could just skip this, but it's sort of a team-building thing, so I should probably go. Any advice? Karen_Suep Posted October 24, 2016 Share Posted October 24, 2016 Eat before you go if you know you're going to be tempted by treats, but feel free to eat anything compliant there. Or have most of a meal in your bag (can of chicken or tuna, pouch of olives, cut up veggies...) so that you know you have a complete meal with you and all you have to do is fill in the blanks with what's going to be at the potluck.
