starting 2nd whole30 October 26th

Hi all, I am starting my second whole30 tomorrow after doing one a year ago last July and since falling off the wagon and slipping back into old habits. I feel totally out of control and tired all the time. I am hoping to get a much better relationship with food and to heal my ibs which I know is caused by dairy and yet I still eat some at times. I want to cut it out completely and need a kickstart!
