Supermeg45
I'm afraid I know the answer to this question but I thought I'd ask anyway. Just completed a big Whole30 Costco shopping trip and purchased the Trident Alaskan Salmon Burgers (http://www.fooducate.com/app#!page=product&id=47544F68-4355-11E0-A55F-1231380C180E.) Silly me, I didn't check ingredients before purchasing and it appears that they're fried in soybean oil. So I guess this is a no-go, right? laura_juggles
The canola oil in them would put it out too. Canola oil is only reluctantly allowed when you're eating out, to make that just a smidge less stressful.
