Winding down day 2

Day 2 - the "brain fog" is real. Between that, a weird headache most of the day and feeling sluggish, I had to blow off working out. I did slough through some needed personal correspondence, so the day wasn't a total loss.

rather than succumb to the strong temptation to feel like a wimp, I am choosing to see this as a sign that changes are going on.

Let's hope that I at least feel like exercising tomorrow. And that I have a little more mental clarity, since that is important for my work.

I like to look at the "negative" effects of the Whole30 as proof that my body is working hard to undo all the damage I've caused! The brain fog phase will pass. You just have to give it time. The first week is tough, but after that time starts to fly, and life gets much, much better (at least in my experience). Hang in there!
