Terrible taste in my mouth

Recommended Posts

a bit more information might help us to find the issue here.  did you smoke and given that up?  Did you used to eat/chew chewing gum lots?  My advice - give it 30 days, it'll either go away, or you'll stop noticing it.  You could try chewing mint leaves for a short period of time each time you think you have the terrible taste.

also - what are you eating?  sounds simple, but one persons compliant isn't the same as another persons compliant.  a food log will help us to diagnose possible causes.

Depends on what the bad taste is. A metallic taste or weird sweet taste can be a result of having gone too low carb. Lack of water/dehydration can allow bacteria to flourish which can cause bad breath. Excess amounts of cruciferous veggies can cause gas/bloating which could show up as a bad taste in your mouth.

It seems hard to believe that any of these would be the case after only 1 day though. Give us some further info and we'll see if we can help.
