... if I can get my act together by then. Need to figure out my week's meals and get to the grocery store tomorrow. I did a W30 a number of years ago, and have attempted again several times. It's rather imperative that I make a go of it now. High cholesterol, pre- pre-diabetic, sore joints, sleep issues, emotional issues... yeah, so. I'm leaning toward Flexitarian, so will try to work with less meat than the mainstream plan encourages. Wish me luck!
