paleocinderella
So I'm on day 22 and feeling great. Today I worked a wedding and got a tiny (maybe half the size of my pinky nail) bit of mushroom cream on my finger. Without even thinking about it I licked it off (I was done handling the food at this point, don't worry). Obviously it was non-compliant so now I'm scared I need to start back at 0. I didn't eat it because I had a craving nor did I have a sizable amount of it, it was a total auto-pilot mistake, but does that matter or am I back at square one? I would hate to have to start over but I do want to do this right, so if I have to I will, bitterly. What should I do??
MeadowLily
It is your decision and now you choose. Once upon a time, in a land faraway, a father threw a spaghetti noodle up against the wall while making dinner for his young children. He was taste testing.. not too al dente, he was told to start over. But that was then and this is now. Here's the older thread. http://whole30.com/2014/06/really-start-whole30/ Below is a similar thread. Hi-larious. That was then and this is now. I'm not that person, anymore. I was a newbie and I'll never ever forget this, a veteran commented ...Oooo brother, "there's one in every crowd" but now, I am compliant without any complaints. http://forum.whole30.com/topic/19990-help-accientally-ate-some-pasta/

I said, Oooo, don't worry about it, just get back up on your horse and ride, baby, ride. But that was clearly not the right answer back then. Whoa Nelly, I just got another double post. You choose, you decide and I don't tell anyone that they should get back UP on their horse and keep riding. http://forum.whole30.com/topic/19990-help-accientally-ate-some-pasta/
