First day on first round.... November 1!

Hello all, my name is Rachael.  I love food.  Healthy and not so healthy.  Pizza and soda are my biggest weaknesses.  I'm generally healthy, but weight has started to creep up over the last few months and I don't want to focus on calories during the holidays and seeing what I can "get away with", so Whole30 in November will be a good detox and reprogram for me before Christmas.  But I'm WEAK!  Would love to find some others out there for support.
