Successful Halloween

Today was Day 15 for me. I had a potluck at work. I brought veggie dippers and roasted red pepper sauce. My coworker brought a compliant salad (she actually checked with me last week to make sure I could eat it--what a sweetie!). I ate some protein before the potluck, and I stuck to those two dishes.

We live out in the country, so we give out trick or treats at a spot in town that's sort of a kid's Halloween gathering. Instead of candy, I bought a bunch of little toys. I actually had several parents thank me for doing that. The kids get so much sugar.

So, I managed to stay on track AND celebrate Halloween!
