For example, zucchini bread made with coco flour and nuts and cranberries, would that be an acceptable for a breakfast item ??? No. No breads of any kind are okay, even if they're made with compliant ingredients. Make all your meals meet the meal template. You can find recipes at Whole Life Eating (all of theses are Whole30 compliant), Mel Joulwan's Well Fed site (most of these are Whole30 compliant), and Nom Nom Paleo (many of these are Whole30 compliant, but quite a few are not). There are many other sites online where you can find Whole30 recipes as well, just be sure you're familiar with the rules of the program so you know which ones are truly okay and which ones have been mislabeled.
