About to start for the millionth time, but this time it sticks

My wife has completed several Whole 30s, for herself and then for different family members.  I have started with her each time, but rarely make it past the first day because of lack of preparation and dedication.  I have now been doing crossfit for 9 months and I want my belly and my eating to match the gains I have had with the rest of my body.  I read that accountability helps, so I am posting here for all to see.  I will begin in the next week or two, after I finish reading the 30 day guide book and get my first 2 weeks of food planned.  Here's to progress!
