jmcbn
Some bloating and gas is fairly normal, yes, although it should settle... It could of course be that you're eating something that doesn't agree with yoou - lots of nuts/nut butters, dried fruit, raw veg, cruciferous veg, raw cruciferous veg are all common culprits. If you'd like us to take a look at what you've eaten over the past three days please feel free to list everything out, giving specifics on veg types in particular and we can take a look and see if anything jumps out that might need some tweaking. In the meantime please ensure you're drinking the recommended half an ounce of water per pound of body weight, daily, and a magnesium supplement may help if you're not already using one. JulieP757
In addition to a magnesium supplement, I highly recommend taking a good probiotic (I like Garden of Life Raw Probiotics). These have been life changing for me. The bloat is reduced and no more constipation.
jmcbn
5 hours ago, geanbean said: steamed broccoli, cauliflower, onions These are all problematic veg for a lot of folk, and if you're eating them twice a day I'd say that's probably overkill - try switching them for some other types of veg like white/sweet potatoes, zucchini, spinach, kale, all kinds of salad leaves, pumpkin, squash etc & see how you go...
