sfzak Posted November 6, 2016 Share Posted November 6, 2016 I'm just about at the 3 week mark. I love this plan and I have no intention of going rogue. I feel better. I have more energy then before and I really enjoy eating healthy. I never really ate healthy before. I plan on eating this way for a long time coming. But right now I am sick and tired of cooking. And I'm sick and tired of vegetables, potatoes, and meat. I try to stay away from fruit due to @ladyshanny's (I think it was her) suggestion. But I need some support and encouragement. That really sounds good and I may give it a try but I'm curious as to how you knew I was an "older woman"? Does it say my age somewhere? Believe me, I really don't mind.
