Read the W30 book and did the prep work. So I got a good strong start. Feel like I am doing pretty good. Thank heavens because I NEED this to help me to either learn to cope with my diagnosis of fibromyalgia, or to help determine other food sensitivities. So I am being very strong and scientific-y about fighting my cravings. I have to help myself where my doctors seem unable or unwilling to answer my questions about my health. Fingers crossed!
