Saying hello!

'ello! I just started Whole30 on Monday (11/5). It's already been hard, haha, but feeling crappy all the time wasn't a picnic, either. I noticed that I felt blah after eating certain foods. And then I felt blah all the time. So I want to reset my body and find out which foods are the real troublemakers for me so I can stop dealing with stomachaches at 3 am. I'm married with two kids - my husband is doing it with me, which is great! 

Looking forward to learning more!!
