Well...the first two days have gone really well.  I feel a bit "obsessed" with the process---reading, learning, etc.  But I'm new...so hopefully pretty normal.  I signed up for W30 Daily and Real Plans--both of which are helping immensely! If you haven't checked out Real Plans...I encourage you to do so.  Its a game changer for me!  

I read a bit about Day 2-3 "hangover" but nothing yet so I'm going with it.   Feeling positive and focused and purposeful.  My husband "supports" sort of but I have to remind myself its my health, my choice and I need my supports to do just that, support me...NOT necessarily JOIN me. :)  I'm travelling Thursday/Friday so going to do a bit of research...please feel free to share any tips!

I made it through my first week!!!  I can't believe it--well I can, because I keep reminding myself it is not "hard" :)  My husband and I were chuckling last night....sadly, I can't remember when I went seven days without a glass of wine, beer or a cocktail!  Feeling great, feeling motivated--love the no scale, no logging freedom.  I didn't really set a "reward" for week 1.....but thinking maybe for week 2.  Any suggestions?
