Wahoo! I'm excited at the very thought of feeling better by the end of the month. This is a huge motivation for me, though I'm also hoping for some weight loss because peri-menopause has not been kind to my metabolism. I've been on plenty of diets before, but this feels different... Somehow when it's about my health and the promise of feeling better I'm a lot more willing to throw myself into this lifestyle change.

I mean, come on.... clarified butter? I think I'll be just fine!
