Just finished a half marathon training plan (during which I used the face that I was running more miles to justify too many indulgences.) Definitely felt my training would have been improved had my nutrition been more on point. I've done South Beach before and the 10 day sugar detox. So glad sweet potatoes are allowed here!!! Just "cleaned" the kitchen and put everything in a basket to take to a friend's house. Looking a ahead to Thanksgiving, I plan on brining a few Whole30 friendly dishes and filling up on turkey!
