I'm doing the Whole30 because I have an unhealthy relationship with food that I am passing on to my kids. I need to develop better habits so I'm hoping I can stick this out. That's such a great reason to do the programme, your kids are lucky to have parents who want to make such positive changes for them How are you finding it so far? I'm not finding it too difficult but that's because I didn't have any temptations last week - this week I have two meals out with friends so that will be the real test! I also have a very unhealthy relationship with food that I'm trying to break, and also health issues that I need to address now rather than burying my head in the sand and waiting until they're worse to take action!
