etherscreen
Hi everyone, I"m here for motivation, mostly because I can't figure out how to manage this with two toddlers and a husband who refuses to join me. I was going to wait until after the holidays but I'm sick of the stomach aches, the poor to no energy and the sugar cravings. So here I go, today is day #3, yesterday was awful, went to a farm to table restaurant with those who unabashedly eat. Of course they noticed I didn't eat the cheese, the pretzels, the 3 different desserts or the wine. I'm starting meal planning today. I feel fine, despite the sugar cravings. Would love tips on egg-free eating and meal planning. I'm currently usina a calendar type pen and paper approach. WIsh me luck.
LydiaJo
I do simple with additions for my teen and her friends. Baked chicken with steamed veggies. Bread or pasta as a side dish. Desert for the kids. I do not cook 2 different meals. Your toddlers will get used to eating what is put before them with a few side dishes. Repeat, DO NOT MAKE 2 DIFFERENT MEALS. I don't explain myself either. When we had lunch brought in at work, I ate the salad with my dressing and passed on the rest. Smiled and said "no thanks". Read thru the Whole 30 with kids.
