etherscreen
Probably an obvious answer to my question but I seem to have an upset stomach everytime I eat eggs, I've tried just the yolk or just the white and still, stomach ache for hours. I have an appointment with an allergist. My question is, can/should I attempt to eat eggs since they seem so crucial in this meal plan?
kirkor
They're not so much crucial as they are the magic combo of compliant+convenient. If they don't agree with you then there are plenty of other protein/fat combos.
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted November 13, 2016 Moderators Share Posted November 13, 2016 There are a lot of threads and dicussion on this forum about egg free meals as well as egg free Whole30s that people have done. The easiest way to find these is to google 'whole30 egg free' or other variations and see what you can come up with. If they bother you, you should definitely not continue eating them... why make yourself suffer when, like kirkor saays, there are tons of other proteins out there for you to eat.
