I started on the same day

Day was good dinner was great, I made steak, Brussels sprout salad, which my husband and I both love. Nothing but olive oil shaved Brussels sprouts, one red onion and a Granny Smith Apple tosses up in cast iron skillet.  Love it with apple cider vinegar. We also had some cauliflower. 

I worked out yesterday too and when I got that pain for something sweet while watching dancing with the stars I had a clementine so refreshing and a cup of green tea.

Was a great start.
