Gluten Reintro

I planned to reintroduce gluten today, but everything in my pantry that had gluten also contained other items that are off limits, such as milk and soy, so I didn't.  I know I am sensitive to dairy from that reintroduction, so how will I know if it I have a reaction if it is to the gluten, or to the milk?  Non-gluten grains don't seem to affect me, and I decided to reintroduce legumes today vs. the gluten.

If you want to do gluten reintroductions another day, maybe look for pasta (dried pasta should be pretty clean other than the wheat), possibly some breads, maybe something with barley in it -- possibly look for vegetable barley soup, or if you have a bulk bin at your store so you can just buy what you need, make some yourself.
