A typical dish that is made is pernil (pork shoulder roast). If I season the pork with salt, pepper and garlic powder and place it in the oven to roast is this okay for the Whole 30? In the interest of helping you learn what is & what isn't allowed during your 30 days, why did you think this might not be allowed?
