It tells you everything you need to know about how to build your meals -- the lower range of the template is the minimum, but if you have meals that are a little bigger than the maximum sometimes, it's okay. If you do have other questions, feel free to ask. (Just a note, because some people wonder: the fat options listed on the template, pick one or two, you don't need them all at every meal.)
