Help w/ Re-Introduction

Hi everyone,

Today is my last day of Whole30!!!!!! It's been great! I would like to re-introduce chocolate chip cookies every now and them. For the purpose of the re-introduction period, would I introduce choc. chip cookies back in on the dairy day, the gluten day, the non-gluten day or after the re-introduction period altogether? Thanks!

Ideally, you'd do dairy one day, gluten one day, non-gluten grains a different day, and any other reintroductions you're planning, with at least two completely whole30 days between each. Foods that combine multiple items would be something you'd have after all your other reintroductions are done.

Depends on the recipe, but probably. They'll definitely contain gluten grains, because of the wheat. They may contain dairy from butter. The chocolate chips themselves could have dairy and will likely contain soy lecithin, which seems to be in most chocolate.
