Started 11/18 (almost done with day 3)

Tried to start this last weekend and ended up deciding to "take a break" from it just for some drinks and a donut on day 3 (then went back to my bad habits for a few days after that).  Happy to say I've made it through day 3 this time and am here for accountability/moral support/answers to my many questions about what exactly I can eat.  

27 days to go :)
