Her cranberry sauce is part of my usual rotation.  I love my version of it (which is a little cheaper to make - frozen cherries are pricey in my neck of the woods).

I use 1 bag of fresh cranberries, 1 bag of frozen strawberries and 1/2 c OJ with the ginger - cook it all down until cranberries pop and liquid evaporates.  I wouldn't go back to regular cranberry sauce!
