Hey everyone!  My name is Teri and today is my Day 2.  This is my first experience with Whole 30 and I must say, I keep thinking that I am crazy to start this 30 day journey the week of Thanksgiving, but I just keep thinking if I don't do it now, I never will.  I usually try to eat clean-ish, but I am a sucker for carbs and my glass (or two or three) of wine and the end of the night!  Last night was my first night without my nightcap and that was really the only point yesterday where I was angry. :P

I'm definitely looking for others to share this journey with.  I am the only one in my household doing this, so temptations are still around me.  I do better with accountability and encouragement, so let feel free to keep the conversation going! I would love to hear ideas of how you guys plan on doing this around Thanksgiving.  I may need more creativity for that huge eating day.

Teri, there are a bunch of us that started on Monday, and we are hanging out over at this thread: Enough excuses! Starting 11/21!!

Come join us! There are some first timers in our group, as well as some veterans.

As for as tomorrow, I am just sticking with compliant food: turkey, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts. Keeping it simple!
