LizBeam Posted November 27, 2016 Share Posted November 27, 2016 Today I'm on day 10! Feeling good! Had uncured sausage with scrambled eggs & spinach for breakfast. Today's a rest day so no egg whites and sweet potato PWO meal. Lunch had sweet mini bell peppers w/guac, spaghetti squash with w30 meat sauce, & spring mix with tomatoes and strawberries with tessamaes dressing! Dinner having bnless skinless chicken thighs baked with (same salad as above) & roasted Brussels sprouts. I love eating good! I do drink a ton of la croix. I hope that's ok.
