Amazing, isn't it?

However, after five days of Thanksgiving eating, returning to Whole 30 feels like going home and wrapping in a warm blanket. I know that the few pounds I gained over the long holiday weekend will come back off with a return to the plan.

I still haven't done a good, solid reintroduction period, though... I've kind of built Whole 30s around holidays, so I'm introducing everything at once: mostly alcohol and a little dairy, with a little wheat/snacky stuff thrown in.

Anyway... Day #1, here we go again!
