Coconut Curry Turkey

Super quick to make!

1 can of tomatoes

10-12oz. of leftover turkey

1 TBS of green curry

Coconut oil

Just put oil and all ingredients in frying pan, cover and cook over medium heat until tomatoes cook down a bit and everything is all nice and bubbly. You could sprinkle some coconut on top, if you like! Turkey was super tender and it was a delicious, warm, comfort food type of a meal. B)
