PatriciaNY
I have an Aunt who know's of my journey with the Whole30, she keeps telling me I should have my Cholesterol checked because I eat so many eggs. Now I'm beginning to wonder myself because I eat a LOT of eggs, whether it be in fritatta's or my breakfast in general I eat about 18 or more eggs in a week. Is this a bad thing? I certainly hope not because I love eggs. If someone could please let me know if this is a problem I would surely appreciate it because I do eat a lot of eggs. I was just tested for cholesterol and my Endocrinologist said my blood work came back fine! HELP!
MeadowLily
As with every question you can think of...almost all have been answered before. Simply google Whole30 with your question. You will find the best answers like this one written by Tom Denham. He has many more posts about cholesterol, too.
hmg1993
@PatriciaNY I eat a ton of eggs also and like you was worried about impact on cholesterol. Plus all of the extra fat I eat now. I had my blood work done a couple of months ago (after completing a W90) and found that the only change in my already low/normal cholesterol was a significant boost in my good cholesterol. All other blood work was perfect. So, although everyone is different, I view these food choices as a huge positive! Hope this helps
