Started 10/17!

I'm starting my first Whole30 this morning and wanted to introduce myself! I've been sort-of eating Primal for a while (which basically means majorly slacking) and needed a kick in the pants to get going again. I've been working with a trainer for around six months and can tell I've developed more muscle. If it wasn't for what I was eating, I'm sure everybody else could tell too! Obviously there's more reasons besides that (general health, headaches, back pain, etc.), but that's the big one.

So, here I am! Nervous, but excited about the next 30 days. See you around the forums!
