Reintroduction Schedule & Alcohol

Since it has both grains and alcohol, it might be best to do it on its own day, if you can. If you really want to get detailed in your reintroductions, you could find an alcohol that doesn't have grains to do a completely separate alcohol reintroduction day, but at least if you do a day somewhere of just gluten-containing grains without the beer, and then a day of beer reintroduction, at least you should be able to separate out any differences between how just the grains make you feel versus how the grains with the alcohol make you feel.
