Medication is a drag. My sis did the Whole30 and loved it. She sleeps better, no anxiety, more energy, better skin, and down 12+ pounds. My turn. DontTellTheBoss Posted October 22, 2012 Author Share Posted October 22, 2012 Hi Derval and Angifi, So far, so good. I avoided coffee all weekend so I wouldn't have to drink it without sugar. Today, I just had to have a cup with Almond Milk and no sugar. Pretty tasty.
