I've been reasearching different diets and weight loss plans for the past month and kept coming back to Whole 30. I know it's not a weight loss plan but an elimination diet using clean foods and I am not expecting big weight loss. My plan is to increase my activity, stay on plan and hopefully report less stomach bloat,  less joint and back pain, and greater strength and flexibility. hopefully I'll lose a few pounds as well
