MegletTX Posted December 27, 2016 Share Posted December 27, 2016 Hello, I started my Whole30 yesterday so as to be done in time for my son's birthday which is January 27. This doesn't allow for full reintro though. So my question is this, if I just have birthday cake and whatever else at his party and go back to the plan and wait 3 days before I test each food group does that work?
