Kendallm6 Posted December 28, 2016 Share Posted December 28, 2016 I am one of those OCD type people so I have to start something on the first of the month and since Jan. 1 is a Sunday this year it's perfect! Just marked all my favorite recopies in the Whole30 cookbook and reading the 30 Day guide as we speak! Excited to feel better, eat better and have energy! I'll be 50 on Jan 9th and wanted to go with this program because my dad has Alzheimer's and his mom died from it. It's not genetic, but them having it increases my risk. So besides getting healthier and losing a lot of weight, I chose this diet because of the health effects on my body. Your little one is a cutie!!
