I have a lot of dietary restrictions because of digestive issues, so some of the requirements are what I have to do anyway, but I'm really ready to get rid of sugar. I'm an addict. I have printed off 4 weekly meal/exercise planners, and I'm doing my research to make sure I'm as successful as possible! As a teacher, it's scary sometimes with the long hours to do things like this, but again, with proper planning and preparation, I know I can do it!
