Can I have tofu/tempeh and follow the vegetarian guidelines (won't consume dairy). Or should I really be strict about just doing it pescatarian? Moderators ShannonM816 Posted December 29, 2016 Moderators Share Posted December 29, 2016 Ideally, just do the eggs and fish for your protein, and then at the end of 30 days do your reintroductions to determine how you react to things like tofu or tempeh or other legumes. We've had pescatarians do Whole30 before, and even vegetarians who did 30 days with just eggs, so it is definitely doable. You might find this article helpful.
