Moderators ShannonM816 Posted December 29, 2016 Moderators Share Posted December 29, 2016 There's the shopping list -- is that what you mean? Always go with what's on Whole30.com -- you can find several helpful downloads, including the shopping list I just posted, in the Downloads section under The Whole30 in the menus above. We'd encourage you to focus on real foods. Post-WO, have protein and optionally starchy vegetables -- most people have chicken or tuna with some sweet potato. Most people don't need protein drinks. You might browse through the Whole30 for Athletes part of the forum for more on what other people are doing, and if you feel that your circumstance is substantially different and want specific advice, you might post there, listing more detail about your workouts and what you're eating and what your concerns are. laura_juggles
Chicken and sweet potato. It's what I had after workouts for my entire Whole30. Once you start eating actual food after a workout (it's just a couple bites, not a huge meal), going back to a protein drink with lots of odd ingredients doesn't seem so appealing.
