KCallaway
Hi guys! I hit my highest weight 2 years ago, and have been trying to get healthy ever since. 30 pounds came off easily, but the last extra fat is stubborn. I have slowly been looking into new dietary lifestyles that would help change my relationship with food. I can't have dairy to Atkins is out. Paleo sounds good, but doesn't give me enough guidelines. I've been going to the gym for about 3 months and am beginning to get stronger. I'm ready to change my relationship with food, and see my body get healthier and stronger. Whole30 will definitely be hard but worth it.
mickeymnmnb
Hi, I'm starting January 1st as well. This is my first time. I'm close to my highest weight ever and need to do something NOW! I'd been doing FODMAP for IBS and felt good at first, but it was hard to maintain because there were so many specifics and then you have to add back food items to see how they affect you. It was just too complicated. I feel like if I do this program, it will help to alleviate many of my IBS and inflammation issues Hopefully this will work. I've joined a gym, but haven't been going. I'm going tomorrow. Let's do this! Good luck!
elan
January 1st too. 2nd time doing Whole 30. I get to the end and reward myself for my effort with treats and have piled on everything I have lost So its back to the start and I have to do it 100% of the time, not 90 with the other 10% crap food.
