Sallie Posted December 30, 2016 Share Posted December 30, 2016 Hi! My name is Sallie and I started Whole30 yesterday. My husband is going to do it, too, but will wait until the 1st or 2nd. I knew I just needed to start it right away, once I decided to do it. I never heard of this program until a few weeks ago, but it seems pretty straight forward. Any advice for a newbie?
