AlohaDelSol
Hi everybody, Never needed a diet before because I was fit & active. My foot became progressively disabling so it is very hard to keep weight off. Always ate fairly healthy, but wanted to eat completely healthy. Looking forward to eating this way and also know there will be difficult times so going to try to keep healthy snacks with me. Cheers & Happy New Year! AshleyShaf4
I started today as well! Between college and some medical issues I've dealt with the past few years, I've gained around 50 pounds, and roughly 10 inches around my waist. I've tried EVERYTHING and can't seem to shake the weight. I've started training for a powerlifting meet with my boyfriend, so I have the exercise part covered. Doing the Whole30 diet will help me reset my eating habits and break my sugar addictions and cravings. I've already dealt with a massive headache all day (I assume from the lack of sugar consumption and the weather) and food temptations (ate lunch with my boyfriend and his family at my favorite Mexican restaurant). I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who started today and I wish you the best of luck on your journey!
