Caroline M. Sober-James
So, my husband and I are on Day 18, and just had an accidental "whoops." He'd bought chipotle chicken sausage and didn't check the ingredients, and they apparently had cheese. He ate his sausage this morning entirely, so he knows his Whole30 is broken, but I took just one small bite from mine this morning before immediately seeing it had cheese (I'm honestly not sure how he missed it; but he eats his breakfast while watching our 15MO daughter, too, so is maybe a bit distracted). I'm wondering, given that I had such a tiny amount in that one bite, should I consider my Whole30 broken, too?
Andrea D.
Well even just one bite of dairy can disrupt the reset so I would say, yes. Sorry.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 18, 2012 Moderators Share Posted October 18, 2012 Andrea is right, but instead of starting over, you might consider doing a Whole45, knowing there was an issue on day 18.
