Paleo shepherds pie freezes well. Make several casserole dishes worth at once if you have freezer room. Chili's, soups, curries, and stews freeze well. I feel like egg heavy casseroles don't reheat the best, but something like http://www.preppypaleo.com/2013/10/paleo-sausage-cauliflower-breakfast-bake.html which only has a few eggs freezes really well. Second the suggestion above for meatballs. Shredded chicken: put 2-3 lbs chicken thighs in a crock pot with a jar of compliant green salsa, cook on low for 8 hours, shred, divvy into single serving sixes and freeze.

I feel like it's useful to give yourself options for full meals  (like the shepherds pie), and components of meals (shredded chicken, meat balls)

I love making a double batch of this pizza spaghetti squash casserole. I bake one and then freeze the other one for later. Even my kids love it. I have switched out the sausage for ground beef sometimes and almost always add in some cooked spinach. It's great and the eggs make it taste like cheese without having any dairy.

And I buy this Mario Batali pizza sauce to make it with. https://www.amazon.com/Mario-Batali-Pizza-Sauce-Nepolitan/dp/B01ALQM708/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1483731518&sr=8-1&keywords=mario+batali+pizza+sauce

I like shepherds pie, mashed potatoes or mashed cauliflower, butternut squash lasagna, chicken thai soup or any kind of soup freezes well too. I also freeze home-made broth if I'm not going to use it right away. I make sure to have frozen veggies on hand and burgers so I can cook those up in no time and then I might bake a potato on the side, if I'm in the mood.

Thanks all for the suggestions.  I also just saw this in case anyone else is interested

The selections for lunch and dinner look ok, but Holy Bread Balls Batman the breakfast section is a non-compliant nightmare!

Carrot Cake Cookies, Banana Bread Balls, Carrot & Apple Hash, Breakfast Porridge, Paleo Apricot Snack Bars, Banana Berry Fruity Slush, etc.

Yeah, that's what i noticed too. I mean, they call the banana bread balls "Lara bar wannabes." Even if the ingredients are technically compliant, many don't follow recommendations or the meal template. Yikes. Grain of salt anything not on the actual whole30 page, use your best judgement, and be your own researcher!
