WZRDREAMS Posted January 2, 2017 Share Posted January 2, 2017 I'm Grace and I'm starting whole30 today, Jan2, 2017. I'm hoping for better skin, more energy, less lethargy, some weight loss, a better self image, less back pain and that's about it! I think the biggest challenge for me will be in the meal planning and work day lunches. I am not much of a planner nor a cook. I expect I will find some meals that I like and work for me and will work them into my schedule and repeat often.
