Here we go! Jan 2, Day 1

I'm Grace and I'm starting whole30 today, Jan2, 2017. 

I'm hoping for better skin, more energy, less lethargy, some weight loss, a better self image, less back pain and that's about it!

I think the biggest challenge for me will be in the meal planning and work day lunches. I am not much of a planner nor a cook. I expect I will find some meals that I like and work for me and will work them into my schedule and repeat often. I know I'm going to need to to work hard to ensure that I get enough variety so that I won't get too bored or tempted.
