I used to add it to my oatmeal and now that I'm doing a whole30, I am unsure of how I can incorporate it. Can it be used for pre/post workout? Protein & fat pre workout -- like a hard boiled egg or some leftover meat with a little guac, mayo, or olives. Lean protein & starchy vegetables post-workout, like chicken or tuna & sweet potato.
