Breakfast: 2 scrabbled eggs made with ghee-grapes- salsa

Lunch: grilled chicken- spinach- 2 tsp Italian vinaigrette from recipe in whole30

snack: clementine -cashews

Supper/Dinner: spaghetti squash noodles-ground beef 80/20-tomato sauce- all made from plan in whole30

Thoughts: I feel like I've had entirely too much fat. I typically do not eat such a large dinner. Worried I've had too many calories today.
